BOOKING POLICIES
All appointments made with Serenity have the following booking policies in place to ensure your reservation is confirmed. We don't like to write loads of legal jargon, so we've kept it simple, clear, and reasonable for everyone. Feel free to contact us if you have any specific queries about any of the policies, or anything we haven't mentioned.
Groups/Workshops

Places are sold on a first come, first paid basis, and cannot be reserved without payment.

When you book for an event online, you will be required to make a payment before your place is confirmed. It will be evident as you progress through the booking, which options are available to you.

For those events that require a deposit only, the balance will be required prior to the event. If the balance is not paid by the required time, your place will be forfeited, deposit lost, and the space made available for those, if any, on the waiting list first, and then put back on general sale. You will receive a reminder email giving you no less than 7 days to clear the balance in time for the appropriate cancellation policy.
Technology is not always 100% reliable, so we ask that you make note of the deadline for payment, and ensure you contact us if you have not received the email.
Should your place be put back up for general sale, you will receive a notification by email. -
For those events that offer the option of a deposit to secure a place, you will also be given the option of paying in full at time of booking.

For those events that require payment in full at time of booking, our standard 7 day event cancellation policy will apply, unless otherwise stated.

Once booked and paid for, you will receive an email confirmation of your place. Any reminders for payment will be sent in due course, and then a reminder email for you to attend will be sent 3 days prior to the event, subject to balances being cleared.

Should you wish to make payment for your place by Bank Transfer (BACS) or PayPal, please call us or email kat@my-serenity.co.uk to book. Online booking does not offer these facilities as payment options.
Telephone - call 01287 634880 / 01287 619884 to make a payment by credit/debit card over the phone.
Paypal - make payments to jonny@my-serenity.co.uk. Please pay as a friend/gift to help us reduce fees.
Bank Transfer (BACS) - use sort code 53-50-15, account number 50704052, account name Serenity Therapies and use your name as a reference so we can allocate the funds to your account.

Gift vouchers cannot be used to pay for events.

Serenity's 10% pay in full therapy discount does not apply to workshops of any kind.

For workshops that are run over several sessions, the cancellation period applies to the beginning of the course.
Missed classes are not eligible for refund.

Readings

Yoga​

Serenity only provide class details for yoga classes by Emma Live Yoga.

Bookings and payment are to be made directly to Emma using the contact details on the web listing.

Serenity make no claims of availability for yoga classes or yoga workshops. All bookings/payment arrangements are to be organised directly with Emma.

Cancellation policies

Regardless of the type of booking you're making with Serenity, deposits are fully refundable and transferable providing the relevant cancellation policy has been adhered to.​ See above for which cancellation policy applies. Conditions for each policy are in full below.

48 hour Cancellation Policy

If you cancel with at least 48 hours notice before your appointment time, we will be happy to refund your deposit in full, or transfer it to another date that is more convenient for you.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice mean that any deposits or balances paid will unfortunately be non-refundable and non-transferable, at the discretion of management.

7 day Cancellation Policy

If you cancel with at least 7 days notice before your appointment time, we will be happy to refund your deposit/full balance, in full, or transfer it to another date that is more convenient for you.

14 day Cancellation Policy

If you cancel with at least 14 days notice before your appointment time, we will be happy to refund your deposit/full balance, in full, or transfer it to another date that is more convenient for you.

For courses that run over several sessions, the cancellation period applies to the first class date. Missed classes will not be eligible for a refund.
