Simon is a qualified therapeutic counsellor, working towards his accreditation with UKCP. He is trained in 'Relational Centred Counselling' which is integrative in it's structure and draws on other therapeutic approaches when working with clients and supporting their individual needs.
He has worked with adults and young people, gaining a broad background of experience.

Simon trained for five years with Scarborough Counselling and Psychotherapy Training Institute, obtaining a post graduate certificate in Relational Centred Counselling. During his training Simon became aware, working with clients, of the importance for and need for caring, empathic professional support for many people who experience daily stress and anxiety in their lives, based upon experiencing, past and present emotional difficulties. He has a strong belief in helping clients to move forward and to have the
opportunity to make positive differences in their lives where possible.

Simon believes very much in developing his knowledge and effectiveness, when helping clients to develop personal growth in their lives.
